Definitions:

APBR All Property Buyers & Renters - The trading name under Australian Property Buyers Registry P/L

Website & app - property advertising platform & app for managing adds & client communication and data collection

Life of your Agency - as long as the same owner/s remain

Agent / Agency - you the user the real estate agent or agency, sole trader or company  

Public - potential purchasers or renters that may use the website/s or app in search of property 

 

Terms & Conditions:

 

The Agency

    •  will only place properties on the site that the Agency has authority to sell or lease  

    •  will not provide any misleading information about the property

    •  will mark the property leased, sold or unavailable or other, within 7 days of becoming so

    •  will be responsible for downloading check-ins and reviews 

    •  consents to APBR promoting and utilising the photos & information, data placed or generated from the platforms & the app for                  promotions or sharing with third parties

• understands & accepts that APBR may change or adjust the platform & app as desired or required, this maybe visual, functional or technical but not limited to

• understands and accepts that APBR may delete or edit properties that have been placed on the platforms if the information is found to be misleading or incorrect and does not get rectified within a reasonable period once requested

• understands and accepts that part of the reviews that the public may provide after inspecting a property & being scanned in by the Agent, will be visible on the property that has been inspected to other potential buyers or renters  

• understands and accepts that they will keep the data, user name & passwords safe

• understands & accepts that the Privacy & Terms & Conditions on the website & app apply also 

• understands that a payment method will need to be entered on the system to commence using it​

• Liability;

• understand and accept that technical faults may arise from time to time & release APBR from all liability

• releases APBR from all liability for the use of their platform, app or related products or other websites that the properties may appear on from time to time and will not seek compensation monetary or otherwise

   

• Termination;

• understands and accepts that APBR may terminate it's services with 7 days notice for breach of Professional Conduct, where by the data will become read-only

• understands and accepts that APBR may terminate it's services with 30 days notice with no specific reason, where by the data will become read only

• understands and accepts that the Agency may terminate the use of the website & app by providing 60 days notice to APBR
